There is no minimum order on sparklers, smoke and other novelty items as we will ship via US Post and the cost will be much lower!
Because the US Post Office, UPS, and Federal Express will not transport consumer fireworks, we have to rely on trucking companies to deliver fireworks for us. We use a variety of different companies -- Yellow Freight, Overnight Express, Roadway and others.
Your Ship To location must be able to accept freight shipments. It is ok to ship to a residence, but we advise you to arrange for delivery to a work or business address. This will reduce both the delivery time and shipping complications.
Shipments can be made to residential addresses, however, please keep in mind these are trucking companies. Therefore, they can not drop your shipment with-out a signature. They typically will not be able to deliver at a specific time. Drivers do not unload their trucks, they expect you to get the boxes from their tailgate.
We will provide you with a tracking number and the trucking company's contact information. You can contact them directly to attempt to arrange any special requirements on your part.
After we receive your order, it generally takes us 24 to 48 hours to process your order, pick your merchandise, pack it securely for shipment, and notify the trucking company to deliver your shipment. If things get really busy, it can take as long as 72 hours to get something shipped. Plus, the trucking companies only pick up Monday through Friday. If you are purchasing fireworks for the Fourth of July holiday, we encourage you to order as early as possible, at least two-three weeks in advance. Typically we can't guarantee arrival unless you order 10 business days before July 4th. We can not guarantee your shipment will arrive before July 4th, so order early.
It usually takes 3 to 14 days to deliver fireworks by truck. Once we hand the package off to the shipper, the order is out of our hands and it becomes the responsibility of the shipper. The shipper can usually provide us with a tracking number 48 hours after they receive the order from us. If your package does not arrive within a reasonable amount of time, please send email to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will help you track the shipment.
The trucking company will usually call you to arrange delivery of the items. It is very important that you do not refuse delivery of your order -- once it has been shipped, it is out of our hands and the responsibility for the shipment falls between you and the trucking company. ONCE YOUR FIREWORKS HAVE BEEN SHIPPED, THEY CAN NEVER BE RETURNED. DO NOT ORDER FIREWORKS IF THERE IS ANY CHANCE YOU MAY NOT WANT THEM WHEN THEY ARRIVE. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
If you do instruct the shipper to return your shipment after it arrives, you will be charged actual freight charges for both directions, plus a 15% restocking fee. In many cases, this can exceed the cost of the original order due to the high cost of transporting HAZMAT goods.
If the shipment appears to be damaged upon receipt, please have the delivery agent make a notation stating that fact. Any notification delay may result in a loss to you. We cannot honor claims that a carrier is responsible for. All claims for shortages and/or damages must be made within ten (10) days of receipt of your merchandise.
