US Fireworks wants to make your ordering experience as pleasant as possible. The information on this page will help you understand how to place an order with US Fireworks, our Terms and Conditions, how we deliver our fireworks to you, and how you can contact our customer service department in the event you have a question or need assistance. US Fireworks relies on Internet technology and computer automation to keep costs low. If you send email to us, we will respond to it within twenty-four hours during our regular business day (Monday thru Friday, 9 am to 5 pm EST). In some cases, it is not unusual to have a response back within 20 minutes. We understand your questions are important, and we strive to provide great customer service. You are also welcome to call us, however our phones can encounter long delays in the weeks prior to the July 4th holiday and New Years.
Terms and Conditions
Because fireworks are a regulated product and demand adult supervision when using them, we have several Terms and Conditions that we place on the sale of our fireworks. When you buy fireworks from us, you agree to and accept all of the Terms and Conditions set forth in this section.

Our merchandise is sold only with the agreement that you will obey all pertinent laws, including Federal, State, County, City, and other local laws. When purchasing fireworks from US Fireworks, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless US Fireworks from any and all legal consequences, damages, or fees arising from the transportation, storage, handling, sale, and/or use of fireworks. Only you are responsible for your actions.

We try to maintain accurate records on our inventory so that we know what we have in stock all the time. In the event an item is out of stock, we reserve the right to substitute a similar item of equal or greater value.

You must be 18 years old to purchase fireworks. By submitting your order with US Fireworks, you certify that you are at least 18 years of age.

We accept online checks, VISA, and Mastercard. For credit card orders, we require the zip code that your card is billed to, and the three-digit security code that is printed in the signature block on the back of your card.

While we have invested a considerable amount of time verifying the data on our website, we are not responsible for errors or omissions on our website. If you find an error, or believe something is not clear, send email to service@usfireworks.biz and we will have it corrected promptly.

Michigan residents must pay 6% sales tax on all items ordered. Other States do not have to pay sales tax.

Ordering Fireworks
There are several ways to order fireworks from US Fireworks, including ordering online from our website, telephone orders, and ordering by FAX. While we can answer your questions over the phone, we prefer not to take orders directly over the phone. By ordering online or ordering by FAX, you save time (both yours and ours), and you reduce errors by providing us with the documentation we need to fill your order as accurately and as quickly as possible. If none of these options will work for you, you can go ahead and place an online order or FAX at 269-663-6103.
How To Order Online
To order through our website, simply click on the Category links in the left-hand margin of the page, select the products you want to purchase using our shopping cart software, and proceed to checkout by clicking the "View Cart" button in the top right-hand corner of the web page. The shopping cart will guide you during the checkout process.
Ordering By FAX
The simplest way to order via FAX is to print out your shopping cart. You may FAX it to us at 269-663-6103. If you provided a valid email address on your order form, we will email you to notify you when the order was processed and when it was received. If you are missing information, we will need to contact you, so please make sure your daytime and evening phone numbers are correct. Michigan residents must add 6% sales tax to all fireworks orders, regardless of the amount of fireworks ordered.
Shipping Charges
We use a variety of trucking companies to ship our fireworks to customers. Trucking companies charge a minimum of $120.00 to ship fireworks. We want to help make it more affordable for you to buy fireworks, so we have decided to pay for part or all of your shipping cost! The following list shows our shipping charges as of 05/09:

If you only want to order sparklers, smoke and other novelty items, there is no minimum order on these items.
Delivering Fireworks
Because the US Post Office, UPS, and Federal Express Air will not transport consumer fireworks, we have to rely on trucking companies to deliver fireworks for us. We use a variety of different companies -- FedEx Freight, Yellow Freight, Overnight Express, Roadway and others.
We do ship to residences.
The carrier will be contacting you to schedule delivery as they must be signed for. Before signing for the shipment, inspect the boxes for damage. If there is damage it must be noted on the Bill of Lading, or else a refund will not be possible.
Extra services such as Lift Gate, or having the driver bring your packages into your home or business are not covered. Signing for these will result in an extra bill from the freight company.
After we receive your order, it generally takes us 24 to 48 hours to process your order, pick your merchandise, pack it securely for shipment, and notify the trucking company to deliver your shipment. If things get really busy, it can take as long as 72 hours to get something shipped. Plus, the trucking companies only pick up Monday through Friday. If you are purchasing fireworks for the Fourth of July holiday, we encourage you to order as early as possible, at least two-three weeks in advance.
It usually takes 3 to 14 days to deliver fireworks by truck. Most of our fireworks are shipped from Michigan, so if you are near Michigan, you may get your delivery sooner rather than later. Once we hand the package off to the shipper, the order is out of our hands and it becomes the responsibility of the shipper. If your package does not arrive within a reasonable amount of time, please send email to service@usfireworks.biz and we will help you track the shipment.
The trucking company will usually call you to arrange delivery of the items. It is very important that you do not refuse delivery of your order -- once it has been shipped, it is out of our hands and the responsibility for the shipment falls between you and the trucking company. ONCE YOUR FIREWORKS HAVE BEEN SHIPPED, THEY CAN NEVER BE RETURNED. DO NOT ORDER FIREWORKS IF THERE IS ANY CHANCE YOU MAY NOT WANT THEM WHEN THEY ARRIVE. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
If you do instruct the shipper to return your shipment after it arrives, you will be charged actual freight charges for both directions, plus a 15% restocking fee. In many cases, this can exceed the cost of the original order due to the high cost of transporting HAZMAT goods.
If the shipment appears to be damaged upon receipt, please have the delivery agent make a notation stating that fact. Any notification delay may result in a loss to you. We cannot honor claims that a carrier is responsible for. All claims for shortages and/or damages must be made within ten (10) days of receipt of your merchandise.
